Stencil Group is repurposing of the former Ramada hotel into an apartment building that will be known as Flats on Havens. The building was stripped down to its bare bones and we are building it back as multi family housing. It is a unique challenge to work within the constraints of a pre-existing building, but we at Stencil Group feel that we are up to the challenge. Flats on Havens will be one of the premier appartment buildings in Mitchell upon completion. We are proud to take a building that otherwise would have sat vacant and breath life back into it.
