    A real estate developer very familiar with Rochester is back with another multifamily housing project, this time proposing a 135-unit complex on the site of the current Wicked Moose Bar and Grill.

    The search for a place to rent in Mitchell is about to get easier. Edgerton Place LLC is adding a second apartment complex behind its existing 65-unit facility on South Edgerton Street, this time with studio apartments and two-bedroom, two-bathroom options. John Clarke, a managing partner with Edgerton Place LLC, said he’s excited about bringing the complex to Mitchell in a location in close proximity to both Dakota Wesleyan University and Mitchell Technical Institute.

    Nate Stencil, the CEO of South Dakota-based Stencil Homes, really likes Rochester. I mean, he really, really likes Rochester. In the past two years, he has built and opened two apartment complexes Nue52 with 83 units, and Kascade Place with 96 units. Another Stencil complex, a 192-unit project called The Pines, is nearing completion.
